Estimated Domestic Shipping Time

  • Expedited Ground - 1 to 5 business days from the date package is shipped.

  • Express 2-Day Shipping - 1 to 2 business days from the date package is shipped.

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing. Free promotional shipping may be unavailable during other occasional shipping promotions. Free shipping excluded on select items.

Estimated International Shipping Time

  • International Shipping - 10-15 business days from the date package is shipped

Please allow 1 to 2 business days for processing. Free promotional shipping is unavailable for orders shipping internationally. 

    Return, Exchange and Refund Policies

    Every Man Outfitters order comes standard with an integrated, pre-paid return label. If you aren't fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason please send it back. Feel free to contact us at any time here: support@manoutfitters.com  

    • Item must be in unworn and unwashed condition to be eligible for a return/exchange.
    • Any item marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
    • Eligible returns received by our warehouse within 30 days from delivery will receive a full refund.
    • Eligible returns received by our warehouse between 31 and 60 days from delivery will receive store credit equal to the value of the item.
    • Refunds will be issued 3-4 business days after receipt of return.

    Return Process

    1. Re-package the item. Item must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for return/exchange.
    2. Cut out return label and tape to outside of package. NOTE: The return label is located in the lower, right hand corner of your packing slip and addressed to:   SMARTLABEL RETURNS
    3. Schedule a USPS pick up here, or drop off at your local USPS post office.
    4. You're done!

    Exchange Process

    1. Contact us here: support@manoutfitters.com  and let us know which item you'd like in exchange for your current purchase.
    2. Re-package the item. Item must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for exchange.
    3. Cut out return label and tape to outside of package. NOTE: The return label is located in the lower, right hand corner of your packing slip and addressed to:   SMARTLABEL RETURNS
    4. Schedule a USPS pick up here, or drop off at your local USPS post office.
    5. Once the item you're exchanging is received and inspected, we'll ship your new item right away!
