Shipping and Returns

Shipping Rates
  • We currently offer $5 flat-rate shipping for domestic orders under $99, and free-shipping for orders $99 or more
  • International order shipping rates vary by Country. 

Estimated Shipping Time

  • Packages typically arrive 2-3 business days from the package ship date
  • Please allow 1 business day for processing and shipment of your order
  • Inclement weather or other carrier related delays could impact estimated delivery dates

Return and Refund Policies

For US domestic orders, returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order shipment date. To initiate the return process and generate a return label, start here. 

  • Eligible returns must be processed within 30 days of the initial shipment to receive a full refund of the product value.
  • The initial order shipping costs are not refunded.
  • Item(s) must be in unworn and unwashed condition, with the tags attached or included, to be eligible for a return.
  • Footwear must be unworn and returned in original, undamaged box to receive a refund.
  • Sale items are eligible for store credit only.
  • Returned items that were purchased in multiple sizes are subject to a restocking fee.  
  • International and APO/FPO shipments are not eligible for free returns, any return costs are the responsibility of the customer.  

Product Exchanges

Product exchanges for a different size or color follow the same process as a return. You may purchase the replacement item in a new order at any time!

The Return Process

  1. Click the returns link here.  Select the item(s) you want to return, and generate a return shipping label (for US domestic orders).  
  2. Re-package the item. Item must be unworn, unwashed with the tags included to be eligible for a refund.  
  3. Drop off at your local US Post Office.
