Return and Refund Policies
For US domestic orders, returns must be initiated within 30 days of the order shipment date. To initiate the return process and generate a return label, start here.
- Eligible returns must be processed within 30 days of the initial shipment to receive a full refund of the product value.
- The initial order shipping costs are not refunded.
- Item(s) must be in unworn and unwashed condition, with the tags attached or included, to be eligible for a return.
- Footwear must be unworn and returned in original, undamaged box to receive a refund.
- Sale items are eligible for store credit only.
- Returned items that were purchased in multiple sizes are subject to a restocking fee.
- International and APO/FPO shipments are not eligible for free returns, any return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Product exchanges for a different size or color follow the same process as a return. You may purchase the replacement item in a new order at any time!
The Return Process
- Click the returns link here. Select the item(s) you want to return, and generate a return shipping label (for US domestic orders).
- Re-package the item. Item must be unworn, unwashed with the tags included to be eligible for a refund.
- Drop off at your local US Post Office.
