Return and Refund Policies

Every Man Outfitters order comes standard with an integrated, pre-paid return label. If you aren't fully satisfied with your purchase for any reason please send it back. Feel free to contact us at any time here: support@manoutfitters.com or 855-766-2664.

• Free returns only apply to domestic orders.
• Item must be in unworn and unwashed condition to be eligible for a return.
• Any item marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned.
• Eligible returns received by our warehouse within 30 days from delivery will receive a full refund.
• Eligible returns received by our warehouse between 31 and 60 days from delivery will receive store credit equal to the value of the item.
• Refunds will be issued the same day the items are received.

Return Process

1. Re-package the item. Item must be unworn and unwashed to be eligible for return.
2. Cut out return label and tape to outside of package. NOTE: The return label is located in the lower, right hand corner of your packing slip and addressed to: SMARTLABEL RETURNS
3. Schedule a USPS pick up here, or drop off at your local USPS post office.
4. You're done!
